我真的很努力了

就算不餓
也一定讓自己吃
就算很累、很懶
也煮晚餐吃
吃的多數是蔬菜、水果、燕麥
很少吃肉、飯類
每天早睡
喝2-3公升的水
很少很少吃快餐、快熟面
每星期都做運動
 
要是真的有什麼冬瓜豆腐
就當作老天爺憐惜
給我一個機會可以好好休息吧
我真的不怕

Configuration Error (assembly reference)

Case: Deployment of system (ASP.NET 1.1.4322) to new testing server. Upgrade from Microsoft Office 97 to Microsoft Office 2010.

New:
Server operating system: Windows Server 2003 R2
Microsoft Office 2010
COM Reference: Microsoft Word 14.0 Object Library
TypeLib Version: 8.5

Old:
Server operating system: Windows Server 2003
Microsoft Office 97
COM Reference: Microsoft Word 8.0 Object Library
TypeLib Version: 8.0

Apparently, Microsoft Word 14.0 Object Library will add Interop.Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.dll instead of Interop.Word.dll (older version).

Error: The located assembly's manifest definition with name 'Interop.Word' does not match the assembly reference.

Notice that the Assembly Load Trace is stating DisplayName = Interop.Word

Solution:

Right click on system's Visual Basic .NET Project file (LAR.vbproj). Open with Notepad. Search for "Interop.word". Remove the "Interop.word" Reference part. Save the LAR.vbproj notepad. Rebuild project and the assembly error is GONE! :D

7th run:

- Achieved 7.03km at 45:28 minutes. [fastest record so far, less than 7 minutes for every kilometre]
- First 4km run with speed 9.6, then continue with speed 9.2, speed 8.7 after 35:00
- Feeling full of energy, not very tiring.

Herms... If I had continued, I would have broken previous fastest 8km record [56:03]
However, the emergency stop was necessary. Hahaha!
Well, i'll save it for next run.

Felt good running again... looking forward to the next run to push myself till my legs ache and scream for me to stop and take it easy.

Mood is kinda high now and i had been awake since 3 am. Went to market at 7 am, got some goodies, bought myself and my buddy's breakfast.

Feeling kinda weird on how my mood just changed drastically from yesterday's ultimate sullen to today's extreme joyful intoxicated mood.
Perhaps a slumber is my happiness magic.

Plans of the day:
- Laundry (checked 11am: buddy did it for me. :D )
- Hands workout routines 30 minutes (nil: napped 2 hours)
- Eye mask (checked 10.30pm)
- Reading 1 hour (nil: reading session used on testing make up for buddy and last minute youtube make up lessons)
- Working 3 hours (checked 1-4pm)
- Veggies and fruits intake (checked banana, apple, veggie soup dinner)
- H2O at least 1700ml (checked 10pm)
- Sing and drown in musics (checked whole day)
- Laugh and movie 1 hour (checked 12pm: 《巴不得媽媽...》 with buddy)
- Sleep early (before 11 pm) (checked 10.50pm)

12 hours countdown till 11 pm. v^^

IE open file setting

One day, SG pretty user called.

LengLui: Hi, i just changed new pc and now i cannot open this A item in Z system. When i clicked on the button, nothing happens.

Issue: Clicked on open file button, IE not responding.

Solution:

1. Go to Internet Explorer Menu "Tools" >> "Internet Options" >> "Security" tab.
Select "Local Intranet" >> "Custom level..." >> "Miscellaneous" >> "Access data sources across domains" >> "Enable"

Remember to click the OK button.



2. Go to Internet Explorer Menu "Tools" >> "Internet Options" >> "Security" tab.
Select "Local Intranet" >> "Sites"
>> Check all 3 checkboxes.
>> "Advanced" >> Key in the system server's IP address >> "Add"

Remember to click the OK button.
