IE open file setting

One day, SG pretty user called.

LengLui: Hi, i just changed new pc and now i cannot open this A item in Z system. When i clicked on the button, nothing happens.

Issue: Clicked on open file button, IE not responding.

Solution:

1. Go to Internet Explorer Menu "Tools" >> "Internet Options" >> "Security" tab.
Select "Local Intranet" >> "Custom level..." >> "Miscellaneous" >> "Access data sources across domains" >> "Enable"

Remember to click the OK button.



2. Go to Internet Explorer Menu "Tools" >> "Internet Options" >> "Security" tab.
Select "Local Intranet" >> "Sites"
>> Check all 3 checkboxes.
>> "Advanced" >> Key in the system server's IP address >> "Add"

Remember to click the OK button.
